Police: Man Beaten at Kingsville Bar

A man was punched and kicked inside of the Dew Drop Inn on Philadelphia Road, police said.

Police are continuing to investigate a Kingsville beating that sent a man to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore last week. Between midnight and 12:45 a.m. on June 23, a man got into a verbal argument with an acquaintance at the Dew Drop Inn at 12301 Philadelphia Road. Two other men then punched the victim to the ground and kicked him, according to a police report. The victim was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center with non-life threatening injuries, the police report showed. Investigators are working to identify the two suspects involved in the beating, according to Lt. David Naimaster of the White Marsh police precinct. Is violence a problem at area nightlife venues?
