In 2012, I'm going to workout more, be more organized and remember all of my friends' birthdays. Will I actually accomplish these New Year's resolutions? Gov. Martin O'Malley is focusing on job creation. How about you?
Losing weight? Quitting smoking? Spurring job creation?
