It's been a little quiet around the Perry Hall area in terms of criminal activity. A major crime hasn't been reported to the White Marsh precinct concerning Perry Hall residents in about two weeks. Bel Air Man Charged with Burglary, Theft in Perry Hall

The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

A Bel Air man has been arrested for stealing more than $7,000 worth of electronics from a Perry Hall woman, according to police. Daniel Kareem Mufarreh, 31, was charged with burglary, theft (between $1,000 and $10,000) and making a false statement to a police officer, online court records show. Mufarreh, of the 1200 block of Greystone Road in Bel Air, is described as the suspect in a police investigation in which a burglar walked through the front door of a home in the unit block of Trailwood Road. The report says that on April 16, the homeowner caught Mufarreh in the act and reported the incident two days later. It is unknown if there was a preexisting relationship between the suspect and the victim. Police recovered the stolen computer, …

Seven Courts Walther Boulevard, 9900 block. Between 4 p.m. April 4 and 5:15 a.m. April 5. A large wooden picnic table was stolen from a patio. Nottingham Tarland Court, unit block. Between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. April 8. An acoustic guitar, a television and cash were stolen from a home after someone broke in through a side window. Moultree Place, 3500 block. Between 11:15 a.m. Jan. 21 and 8:45 p.m. April 3. A laptop, iPad and printer were stolen from an apartment. The glass sliding door was shattered to get inside.

Police Charge 2 With Attempted Murder in Delivery Men Robberies

Food delivery drivers from Perry Hall and Parkville were attacked and robbed by by men luring them into a trap, court records show.

Two Baltimore men face life in prison after they allegedly twice attacked and robbed Perry Hall and Parkville food delivery men, court records show.  Police described two incidents in which the two men called food delivery drivers, luring the victims into a trap near the apartments in the unit block of Raylon Drive.  One of the victims, a 57-year-old man, remained in hospital care as of Tuesday after suffering serious injuries from the assault last week, Lt. Man, Woman Run From Police After Allegedly Attempting To Cash Fraudulent Check

Two people recklessly led police on a pursuit from Edgewood to Perry Hall, police said.

A man and a woman dangerously evaded police Monday afternoon after a bank cashier suspected them of trying to cash a fraudulent check, according to a Harford County Sheriff's Office spokesman.  The pair tried to cash the check at the Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union on the 1300 block of East Pulaski Highway in Edgewood Monday afternoon, which set in motion a search for the couple spanning Harford and Baltimore counties.  A teller at the bank contacted authorities after becoming suspicious about the check.  The couple fled the bank after seeing police cars pull into the parking lot, Edward Hopkins, spokesman for the Harford County Sheriff's Office, said.  Hopkins said the pair drove recklessly, speeding through multiple red …

Perry Hall Food Delivery Man Assaulted, Robbed, Sent to Hospital

Police believe they have linked together two cases where local food delivery men were assaulted at a Nottingham apartment.

A China Taste food delivery man suffered serious injuries after two men attacked and robbed him last week, according to Baltimore County police.  Police believe the incident is linked to another assault and robbery that occurred in the same area in mid-March, according to Lt. Ron Brooks.  The 58-year-old victim was making a delivery in the unit block of Raylon Drive at about 10:10 p.m. on March 26 when two men jumped him and stole an undetermined amount of cash.  Police were not able to interview the victim because of the serious nature of his injuries. The man was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.  Brooks believes the case may be linked to a similar incident that occurred in the same area on March 16.  In that incident…
