Alumni Honor Perry Hall High Hall of Fame Inductees

The 2012 Hall of Fame inductees were honored at Perry Hall High School on Friday night.

A distinguished Air Force professor, a storied FBI agent, a fallen soldier and a beloved guidance counselor—the Perry Hall Alumni Association added three Perry Hall High School graduates and one retired faculty member to its Hall of Fame on Friday night.  A reception held in the school's cafeteria showcased each of the inductees, along with speeches and statements from public officials, alumni association leadership and student musical performances.  Three faculty members—Tony Mace, Richard Rosenthal and Jesse Wasmer—who are credited with stopping the student shooter on Aug. 27, were also honored and given plaques in the Hall of Fame. More details on their honors to come. I was lucky enough to know and attend school with Tom. Tom and his brother Scott, were the "nice guys". I don't think there is a soul out there that could say a bad word about either, and if someone did, it would be unbelievable. As for Mrs. Eckles. She was my Cheerleading Advisor (1986-1988).
