Lady Gaga Sends Gift to Perry Hall Shooting Victim

Shortly after the Perry Hall student shooting, a social media campaign began with the hope of capturing Lady Gaga's attention. Supporters recently learned that their efforts weren't in vain. Daniel Borowy, a 17-year-old special needs student at Perry Hall High School, happens to be a fan of worldwide pop star Lady Gaga. On Aug. 27, he was randomly shot in the lower back inside of the school's cafeteria. Following three surgeries and several weeks of recovery, Borowy returned to school in November. He was honored this month at the school during a handprint painting mural celebration.
