UPDATE: DUI Charges in Fatal Kingsville Accident
Police have charged one of the men seriously injured in an accident Friday morning.

UPDATE (Nov. 19, 3:14 p.m.)—Police have charged a driver involved in a Friday morning fatal two-vehicle accident in Kingsville. Brandon Nathaniel Gentry, 24, of the 1400 block of Loch Carron Way in Bel Air, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, according to Baltimore County police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher. The charges were not related to either alcohol or illegal drugs, according to Rogers-Feher. According to police, at 6:07 a.m. on Nov. 16, Gentry was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck westbound near the intersection of Philadelphia Road and Pfeffers Road in Kingsville. Brian was not ejected from the car. When the owner of the property came out he found him in the back seat. So someone please explain to me how a seat belt would've done anything in this situation. If you look at where the vehicles hit it was front passenger side of the truck to the front passenger side of the mazda. So seat belt or no seat belt it wouldn't have mattered.
