At around 4:56 p.m., a reportedly 7-year-old girl was struck at the intersection of Philadelphia Road and Rossville Boulevard. As of 5:25 p.m., emergency crews and police remained at the scene, according to a release. The child was planned to be transported to Johns Hopkins Pediatric, police stated.
