Hi, me again. I wrote back on 7/7/11... guess what? Hines Rd is STILL not finished. Speed bumps never finished and NO LINES on the road. Everyone flying down Hines thinks it's a passing road with several poorly spaced hash lines in the middle. What's the issue with getting our road finished?
