I am a local mom to three children and I have a passion for health & fitness.  In 2010 I began coaching friends through at home workout programs via my Beachbody business.  In 2011 I became a certified Turbokick (Cardio Kickboxing) instructor.  I currently teach at Anytime Fitness in Perry Hall on Saturday mornings at 9AM.  In 2012 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am now an AADP certified holistic health coach.  I'm currently studying through ACE to become a certified personal trainer.  Please find me in social media via the links below.

Hi,

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
