Body & Soul Fitness classes are awesome! There's one on Tuesday nights at Grace Community Church in Kingsville from 7:30-8:30pm, and you can find other area classes at their website www.bodyandsoul.org. They're fun, high energy classes set to upbeat spiritual music - and all are welcome!
