ReplyThis article states the two week delay is to allow anyone interested in buying or moving the structure to contact the property owner. However, I contacted David Mark's office this morning, and I was told the property has been sold, and is not for sale. Can someone please clarify?

Jeffrey Smith,
It is very presumptive of you to speak about the finances of the advocates. And it's SCHAFER, not SCHAEFER. thank you. -

ReplyI am very sad to see this article. This house is not only part of Perry Hall history, it's part of our family history. This is the house where our "Pa-pou", Larry Schafer, was born and raised. My kids love to talk about it each time we drive by, which is frequently. Is the owner open to offers?

This may be "Monday morning quarterbacking" , but the owner rented this property to a business, which made the owner a landlord. Why wasn't he held accountable for properly maintaining the property for the past 20 years?
