PERRY HALL, MD — A Perry Hall eastern hosted Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan for dinner recently.

Massoni’s Italian Restaurant served dinner to the governor on Thursday night, he said.

"The First Lady and I enjoyed an excellent dinner with some close friends at Massoni’s Italian Restaurant in Perry Hall," Hogan wrote the following day on his Facebook page. "It was great to see my good friends and owners, Nicole Massoni and Chuck Michael, and have the chance to talk with Marylanders."

Massoni's opened in September where Seasons Pizza used to be on Belair Road. It features Italian fare, including a multitude of pasta dishes, on the menu.

"Governor Hogan & the First Lady joined us for dinner last night at Massoni's and we were honored to be able to serve them!" Massoni's shared on Friday. "We appreciate all that the Governor has done and continues to do for small businesses. We hope you enjoyed your meal & look forward to serving you again soon!"

In the days since, Hogan has traveled near and far. The governor toured Harford County on Friday to celebrate the state's contributions to its economy and appeared on NBC's Meet the Press and in Hartford, Conn., on Sunday. Next, Hogan plans to hold six events in New Hampshire starting Monday promoting a plan to provide relief from inflation, Fox News reported. The tour comes as some anticipate a potential run for president.
