PERRY HALL, MD — A Perry Hall company has completed a merger that leaders say will grow the company's reach.
Rosedale Federal acquired Chesapeake Bank of Maryland as of July 7, the company announced Tuesday, July 12. The purchase price was about $64.4 million.
The integration is expected to be complete on Aug. 29, officials said. Chesapeake Bank or CBM Bancorp, is based in Baltimore County and has offices in Bel Air, Arbutus and Pasadena.
“We are thrilled to announce the completion of this merger and welcome Chesapeake Bank of Maryland into the Rosedale Federal family,” Rosedale Federal Kevin M. Benson said in a statement. "This merger provides us with immediate additional size and scale that will support future growth opportunities.”
He’s already messed up the schools more than ever. Johnny Cliche should resign, too, if he truly cared about Baltimore County. He is one of the worst leaders you will ever see.
