BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — There are more than 3,900 power outages in Baltimore County as of 5:45 p.m. on Monday. The outages come on the heels of strong storms that sent claps of thunder around Perry Hall and beyond.

Among the outages are the traffic lights on MD 43 at the US 40 interchange, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company.

When traffic lights are out, drivers are supposed to treat them as four-way stops.

Perry Hall remains under a severe thunderstorm watch until 10 p.m. and a flood watch until midnight.
