NOTTINGHAM, MD — A representative from The Avenue at White Marsh now holds the liquor license from Bertucci’s, which closed abruptly in April.
The Baltimore County Liquor Board on Monday approved of the transfer from the previous license-holders who were associated with Bertucci’s to Wendy Seher of Frit Leasing & Development Services.
"The plan is to obviously let the license stay alive and sit in the board's file until we can find a future tenant for this location,” attorney Leanne M. Schrecengost said, representing Seher.
In Baltimore County, developers can hold a liquor license until they find a tenant to whom it can be transferred.
Seher holds two other developers' licenses for properties on The Avenue at White Marsh, Schrecengost said.
Given her history as an applicant before the board, the commissioners said they approved of the transfer.
He’s already messed up the schools more than ever. Johnny Cliche should resign, too, if he truly cared about Baltimore County. He is one of the worst leaders you will ever see.
