PERRY HALL, MD — A Royal Farms in Perry Hall sold a lottery ticket worth $25,000 this week, according to the Maryland Lottery.
The player, who purchased the ticket at the store at 9620 Belair Road, had not yet claimed the prize as of Monday, Aug. 8, officials said.
Pick 5 was the game that netted the prize, and the player bought the ticket on Sunday, Aug. 7, lottery authorities reported.
The ticket sold in Perry Hall was among 31 tickets statewide in the week that ended Aug. 7 with prizes of at least $10,000, officials said. This week the biggest winner was a Baltimore groom-to-be who purchased a $100,000 scratch-off ticket on Frederick Road.
