PERRY HALL, MD — The Nottingham man who opened Lib's Grill in Perry Hall will be adding a third location for the eatery, this time in Harford County. The new restaurant is slated to open on Saturday, Aug. 13.

Nick Liberatore of Nottingham received permission from the Harford County Liquor Control Board on Wednesday to sell beer, wine and liquor at the new restaurant, located in Bel Air. He said it will open this weekend.

Liberatore will serve as the manager of Lib's Grill of Bel Air, according to Joseph Snee, the attorney representing the restaurant.

Liberatore and his partners are "well experienced restaurateurs," Snee said, speaking to the liquor board.

Liberatore opened the flagship Lib's Grill in the Honeygo Village Shopping Center in Perry Hall in 2013. It is part of the Liberatore's restaurant group. It was voted the state's favorite new restaurant in 2015 and Maryland's favorite restaurant in 2016 by the Restaurant Association of Maryland.

The Howard County Lib's Grill restaurant opened in Fulton in 2017.

Lib's Grill of Bel Air will welcome customers at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13 at 1204 Agora Drive in Bel Air. It will feature the same staples and focus on steak, seafood and the raw bar for which the Perry Hall and Fulton locations are known.
