PERRY HALL - Baltimore County Councilman David Marks has announced that the portion of Ebenezer Road in front of Perry Hall High School will close from approximately 4:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Friday, October 14th.
The road is being shut down to accommodate the homecoming parade and other festivities.
Drivers should plan their commutes accordingly.
