Final Dates And Times Announced For Two Baltimore County Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremonies

BALTIMORE COUNTY - Halloween may have just ended, but it’s time to start thinking about the holiday season! The details have been announced for two 2022 Baltimore County Christmas tree lighting ceremonies.

The Towson Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Baltimore County Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Friday, December 2, at 6 p.m. The ceremony at Olympian Park will feature the Towson Christmas Tree, Santa and friends, inflatable decorations, Christmas lights, and hot chocolate!

The AVENUE at Whitemarsh is hosting its 25th annual Tree Lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022. Holiday music will begin at 6 p.m., and the tree will be lit at 7 p.m., followed by a Skate with Santa event at the ice-skating rink. Tickets for Skate with Santa can be purchased here.

The AVENUE will also be holding its annual Holiday Parade on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. The Holiday Parade will feature an array of local performers, high school marching bands, and mascots, culminating in Santa and his sleigh at the end of the parade.
