WHITE MARSH - THE AVENUE at White Marsh has updated its Youth Escort Policy, Baltimore County Police announced Thursday.
The new policy states: “At all times, visitors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by and remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older while visiting the shopping center.”
This is a change from the previous policy that mandated minors to be accompanied by someone of that age and category only after 5 p.m. daily.
The change was likely prompted by a recent social media post calling for a large crowd to gather at the mall. Additionally, on December 30th, a large crowd gathered near the Towson mall, leading to seven juveniles being arrested.
...still safer than just walking around in Baltimore....
Patchy rain possible, with a high of 76 and low of 55 degrees. Sunny in the morning, partly cloudy in the afternoon, clear overnight.
Why are these parks and trails not clean or broken down, Johnny? Is it the clients you are bringing to this community? When you ‘give’ things to people that haven’t worked hard for something, there is no pride in the upkeep.
Where was Johnny Cliche? See Johnny, it’s about determination and resilience. That’s what makes you successful. Johnny would have talked about diversity, equity, and entitlement. It’s about hard work, Johnny.
