BALTIMORE COUNTY - Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian on Pulaski Highway.
According to police, officers responded to reports of a pedestrian hit by a car around 6:00 a.m. on Monday.
Officials said a preliminary investigation revealed that a 2012 Volkswagen was traveling westbound on Pulaski Highway approaching Berk Avenue when a pedestrian entered the road.
The Volkswagen and a dump truck struck Andrew M. Nelson. The 32-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene.
The drivers of both vehicles remained on the scene during the incident.
The crash is under investigation by the Baltimore County Crash Team.
