PERRY HALL - The Gunpowder VFW Post 10067 in Middle River is asking for public assistance after someone stole their riding lawnmower.
According to the VFW post, thieves arrived at its storage area around 3:05 a.m. on Thursday. The post says the thieves returned around 3:15 a.m. with a trailer and stole their riding mower and five gallons of gasoline.
“This is a neighbor; keep your eyes peeled,” The VFW post wrote. “This boils our skin knowing it could be someone living among us.. took less than 10 min to go and get the trailer and come back.”
The mower is a Yellow Cub Cadet “zero-turn” lap bar model. The serial number is listed in the image below.
On Monday morning, the VFW post said that the trailer used in the theft was stolen and was abandoned in Dundalk sometime after the robbery.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department’s Essex Precinct at 410-887-0220.
Stealing from a veterans organization, wow!
...still safer than just walking around in Baltimore....

Why are these parks and trails not clean or broken down, Johnny? Is it the clients you are bringing to this community? When you ‘give’ things to people that haven’t worked hard for something, there is no pride in the upkeep.
Where was Johnny Cliche? See Johnny, it’s about determination and resilience. That’s what makes you successful. Johnny would have talked about diversity, equity, and entitlement. It’s about hard work, Johnny.
