Dog And Cat Successfully Rescued From Two-Alarm Parkville Fire

BALTIMORE - Firefighters in Baltimore County fought a major blaze on Tuesday afternoon, responding to a two-alarm fire at a residence in Parkville.

According to officials, firefighters arrived at Fullerdale Avenue in Parkville to find the rear portion of a house engulfed in intense flames.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and emergency responders successfully rescued a dog and a cat from the fire, officials said.

The house endured substantial damage from both the fire and water used to extinguish it, and it is currently uninhabitable.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
