Conrad’s Seafood Restaurant In Perry Hall Plans To Relocate To Former Sol Oaxaca Site

PERRY HALL, MD—Conrad's Seafood Restaurant, a local favorite in Perry Hall, is planning to relocate down the road from its current location.

The announcement came on the same day as Sol Oaxaca, the previous tenant of the new location, shared news of its relocation. Conrad's will take over the former Sol Oaxaca location at 9629 Belair Rd.

Conrad's shared the news in a Facebook post, expressing their excitement for more parking at the new spot.

"Starting early 2024, our valued patrons will find us just across the street as we move into our new property at 9629 Belair Rd. We're excited for this chance to not just own our premises but also solve our long-standing parking issues. Keep your eyes open for more updates," Conrad's Seafood Restaurant wrote.

NottinghamMD reports that Conrad's proactively approached Sol Oaxaca with a proposal to purchase the property.

Councilman David Marks shared his disappointment at Sol Oaxaca's departure and optimism about Conrad's move on Wednesday.
