Two Men Drown In Incident At Gunpowder Park Beach
BALTIMORE COUNTY - Two individuals drowned on Monday night at Gunpowder Park Beach in Baltimore County, according to Maryland Natural Resources Police.
Police said that officers were dispatched to the 7200 block of Graces Quarters Road around 6:30 p.m. on Monday for reports of an individual struggling to swim at the beach.
The Baltimore County Marine and Dive team were summoned to the scene following unclear reports about a second person potentially in distress in the water.
On Tuesday, the Baltimore County Fire Department stated that the bodies of two adult men were recovered from the Hammerman Swim Area at Gunpowder Park Beach.
No further details have been released at the request of the families.
