Baltimore County Public Schools Announces Free Outdoor Festival - BCPS Fest 2023

BALTIMORE COUNTY - In anticipation of the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year, Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) is gearing up to host BCPS Fest 2023, an open-air celebration free to the public.

The festival is scheduled for Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology in Towson.

Free parking will be available for attendees at the Carver Center's parking lot, accessible from Kenilworth Drive. Extra parking can also be found at BCPS's Greenwood headquarters, 6901 N. Charles Street, Towson. For guests' convenience, BCPS will run free shuttle buses between the Greenwood parking lot and the Carver Center, departing every 15 minutes between 10:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

BCPSfest 2023 will feature entertainment from:

  • Deer Park Middle Magnet School Step Team
  • The Randallstown High School Golden Ram Marching Band
  • Ms. Blue and Golden Man, with Grace White, a music teacher from Colgate Elementary School
