Baltimore County Police Seek Driver In Fatal Rossville Hit-and-Run

BALTIMORE COUNTY - Police are searching for a driver who fled the scene of a fatal hit-and-run incident in Rossville on Saturday night.

According to police, the accident occurred at the intersection of Rossville Boulevard and Franklin Square Drive around 8:08 p.m. on Saturday.

Officials said Aimee K. Whiteford, a 46-year-old bicyclist, was navigating eastbound on Rossville Boulevard. When she attempted to cross the street, a westbound vehicle struck her in the westbound lane. She was declared dead at the scene by first responders.

The driver responsible for the collision did not remain on the scene.

The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is currently examining the details of this tragic event. Investigators urge anyone with useful information to call the police at 410-307-2020.
