Lockout At 4 Schools Caused By 'Suspicious Person' In Baltimore County: Report

PERRY HALL, MD - Four Perry Hall schools went on a temporary lockout Thursday afternoon because of an "investigation being conducted by the Baltimore County Police Department."

FOX 45 journalist Gary M. Collins reported that the lockout was caused by a "suspicious person" in the area. Police lifted the lockout when they determined that the person was not a threat, Collins said.

Officers identified the affected schools as Perry Hall Elementary, Perry Hall Middle, Honeygo Elementary and Seven Oaks Elementary.

The schools are all within 2.6 miles of each other.

Police announced the lockout at 1:44 p.m. and lifted it by 2:08 p.m.
